Design decisions
The buildings are the navigation
Rather than a list of apartments, the site starts from the complex itself: each block opens with its floors, plans and available units.
Figures, stated plainly
Built area, residential and commercial space and parking are set out plainly, block by block, without decoration.
Location, in four steps
A short sequence moves from Kosovo to Skenderaj to the town centre to the site, so the development is placed before it is sold.
