Independent, and deliberately small.
Where we work
Prishtina is a young city, and its businesses often speak to an audience at home and another abroad at the same time — frequently in more than one language, and usually with a small team who will maintain everything themselves. That shapes what we make: systems simple enough to be kept up, and clear enough to survive translation.
Being independent means we answer to the work rather than to a billing target. We take on a limited number of projects, and we say so plainly when a brief is not a good fit.

Our point of view
Clarity before style
A brand should be understood before it is admired. If a visitor cannot tell what a business does, who it is for, or what to do next, no amount of art direction repairs that.
Individuality over convention
Most industries share a visual language, and most of it is inherited rather than chosen. We look for the decision that is specific to one business, and build outward from there.
Consistency across every touchpoint
An identity that only works in the original presentation is not finished. The test is whether it survives a small screen, a printed invoice, a badly lit sign — and somebody else's hands.
How a project progresses
Understanding and hand-over happen once. The middle does not: a direction is proposed, made real enough to judge, and corrected — in short cycles rather than one long pass.
1Understand
Research, conversation, and reading what already exists — including what should be kept.
2Define
The position and direction written down, so later decisions can be checked against something.
3Create & refine
Designed and built in short cycles you can see and respond to, until the answer stops changing.
4Hand over
Files, guidelines, access in your own name, and a working explanation of how to use them.
Working together
What we need from you
Goals, honestly stated. References — including the ones you dislike, which are often the more useful half. Constraints you already know about. And the name of the person who can make a decision.
What you can expect
A defined scope before work starts. Set points where you see progress and respond, rather than one reveal at the end. Deliverables you can genuinely use: editable files, guidelines in plain language, and accounts registered in your name rather than ours.
