Digital

Digital work is where most people meet a brand first and judge it fastest. It turns a position and a visual system into something navigable, readable and fast — and then keeps it working after launch.

We keep technology decisions secondary and reversible. What matters to a business is what the thing does, how quickly it loads, and whether the team can change it later without calling us.

Digital strategy and UX/UI

Deciding what a digital product needs to do before deciding what it looks like: what content exists, in what order, and what a visitor is meant to be able to finish.

Digital strategy · UX/UI design

Possible deliverables

  • A content structure: the pages, what each is for, and how they connect
  • Wireframes for the routes that matter most
  • Interface designs across the widths the site will really be used at
  • An interface kit the identity and the build both refer back to

Websites and e-commerce

Building the thing, not just drawing it. We favour fast, static-first sites that stay cheap to run and easy to change, and we only add machinery a business will actually use.

Website design & development · E-commerce

Possible deliverables

  • A responsive, accessible implementation of the approved design
  • A content model the client can edit without breaking the layout
  • Product, cart and checkout flows, and the states around them
  • Launch checks: metadata, redirects, performance and analytics-free basics

Software and mobile applications

For businesses whose offer is the product itself. We work on the parts that decide whether people can use it: structure, interface, and the details of state and feedback.

Software & mobile applications

Possible deliverables

  • Product interface design across the core journeys
  • Design systems and component specifications for a development team
  • Prototypes for testing a flow before it is built

Social media and search

Making sure the brand is legible where it is encountered second-hand — in a feed, or in a list of search results it did not design.

Social media · SEO

Possible deliverables

  • Templates and art direction for social formats
  • A content approach that fits how the business actually posts
  • Technical and on-page search work: structure, metadata, and speed

Domains, hosting and ongoing support

The unglamorous part that determines whether everything above keeps working. We set it up so it is understandable, and we say plainly who is responsible for what.

Domains, hosting & ongoing support

Possible deliverables

  • Domain and hosting set-up, documented in the client’s own accounts
  • A defined support scope: what is covered, how to reach us, and how changes are handled
  • Updates, fixes and small improvements after launch

One structure, three widths

Responsive design is often described as a layout problem. It is really a sequencing problem: decide the order of the content once, and every width becomes a question of how many columns that order is poured into.

  • 390px

  • 768px

  • 1440px

Illustrative studio study — one content structure at three widths. The same three blocks appear in the same order every time; only the number of columns and the length of a line change. Settling that order before any layout exists is what makes a small screen feel designed rather than compressed.
